Credits must be requested 1 week prior to the start of the class/camp. Credits expire 12 months after the original camp/class start date. Using a credit is subject to availability in the class/camp. Change of registration between half and full day can only be offered for the entire week. Prorating or per day changes are not offered due to the time needed to schedule staff and prepare materials.
Occasionally, a child needs more support to thrive. If your child has a diagnosed condition and/or struggles in a classroom environment, please reach out to us before enrolling in camp to discuss whether accommodations can be made. We want camp to be an enjoyable experience for all and want to ensure our staff is equipped to provide for your child's needs. Camp should be a place that provides all children with a safe, enriching environment.
All children must be potty trained. We understand accidents happen, but we are not equipped to assist children that cannot toilet independently.
